Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days within the continental United States.

Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee for faster delivery.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped.

Tracking information will be updated and active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

While we currently do not offer international shipping, we’re working diligently to make this option available in the future.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Main Street Collective is not responsible for customs or tax fees applied to your order. Any additional charges (e.g., tariffs, taxes) during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages During Shipping

Main Street Collective cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at Orders@MainStreetCollective.shop with your order number and photos of the damage.

Please retain all packaging and damaged items and avoid washing, drying, or wearing the damaged goods until the issue is resolved.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure accurate delivery.

If an incorrect address is provided, and the shipping label has been printed, the customer will be responsible for fees associated with reprinting a new label.
