What is your shipping policy?

All of our magical products are made to order, right here in San Antonio, TX. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow the magic all the way to your doorstep!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We work hard to get your order out quickly! Orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. Keep in mind that during launches, holidays, or sales, processing may take a bit longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait. ✨

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major forms of payment — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more. Shop securely and easily while you plan your next park adventure!

When will my items be delivered?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after it leaves our hands. Please note that shipping times can vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Return Policy

What's your return policy?

Because each item is made-to-order just for you, we are unable to offer returns at this time. However, if there’s an issue with your order — like a misprint or defect — please reach out and we’ll make it right. We’re here to spread magic, not stress!

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

We get it — sometimes you change your mind! If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us within 6 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in production and we may not be able to make changes.

Do you do exchanges?

We currently do not offer size exchanges since each item is custom made. Please be sure to review our sizing guide before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily send a replacement!

Right now, we only ship within the United States. We’re working behind the scenes to make international shipping possible in the future — stay tuned!
