Our shirts are thoughtfully designed for Disney fans who want to carry a bit of the magic wherever they go, without feeling over-the-top. Plus, as a small business, we pour our heart into every detail to ensure a truly magical experience for our customers.
Main Street Collective is proudly based in San Antonio, Texas. While we don’t have a physical storefront, we operate entirely online, allowing us to bring Disney-inspired magic directly to your doorstep no matter where you are! If you’re nearby or visiting, feel free to reach out—we love connecting with our customers.
Order & Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, it’s something we’re actively working on and hope to provide in the near future.
If you’re traveling internationally and visiting Disney, we’re happy to ship your order directly to your resort. Just provide the resort’s shipping address at checkout and provide your arrival date, and we’ll make sure your Disney-inspired designs are waiting for you when you arrive.
Please note: If the package is being shipped to a Disney Resort, we are not responsible for the lost / damage order if that were to happen. Although Disney is pretty perfect when it comes to getting guests its packages.
We typically process orders within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or for special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated on the status of your order.
Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order. Exact rates will be calculated at checkout. We aim to keep shipping affordable while ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.
We want every customer to love their purchase! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Help@MainStreetCollection.Shop. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your order’s journey to your doorstep. If you have any trouble accessing tracking, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Returns and Exchanges
At Main Street Collective, we want you to love your purchase! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away, so cancellations or changes may not always be possible. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to help you exchange it. Just reach out to us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process. Please note that the item must be unworn and unwashed, and customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange.
